
Originating from Arkansas, Dr. Lee Goodloe finds working with our team to be an incredible experience! From childhood, Dr. Goodloe aspired to be a dentist, until his experience as a dental hygienist ultimately ushered him toward dental anesthesiology. He encountered countless patients whose profound fear of dental procedures often became a paralyzing obstacle, preventing them from seeking even preventive dental care. Too often, they would only seek help in emergency situations. These interactions, filled with empathetic conversations, inspired him to explore options beyond traditional dental therapy. This exploration led him to discover the specialized field of dental anesthesiology and its transformative potential. Dental anesthesiologists play a crucial role in alleviating patient anxiety and reducing healthcare disparities by significantly improving access to essential dental care.
Dr. Goodloe studied at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff for his undergraduate degree. He later studied at Howard University College of Dentistry to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He has experience working as a dental assistant, a clinical dental hygienist, and a dental hygiene professor. Today, he remains dedicated to continuing education to refine his knowledge and remain up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry. Away from the practice, Dr. Goodloe cherishes his quality time with his wife and their three wonderful daughters who mean the world to him. Other than being with his loved ones, he also likes things like golfing (though he feels it’s been a while since he’s played recently). He sometimes dreams of becoming an amateur pilot!
